  1. 01No investment advice

Jassco Facilities Services LLC provides software. We are not a broker, investment adviser or fund manager and we do not give personal recommendations, trading signals or managed accounts. Strategies, presets, AI suggestions and explanations describe how software behaves; they are not advice to buy or sell anything.

  2. 02Trading risk

Trading leveraged products such as gold, currencies, indices and crypto carries a high risk of loss. You can lose all your deposit, and in fast markets your loss can exceed the limit you set because of gaps, slippage, widened spreads and broker conditions.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider whether this is appropriate for you given your experience and finances.

  3. 03No guarantee of results

Past or demo performance, historical tests and win rates do not predict future results. A high win rate does not mean a strategy is profitable: many small wins can be outweighed by a few large losses, and trading costs reduce every result. No plan, setting or strategy guarantees a profit or limits loss to a fixed amount.

  4. 04Automated strategy limitations

Bots follow rules and cannot judge news, unusual markets or changes in your circumstances. Loss budgets, stops and exposure limits reduce risk but do not remove it. Strategies can lose for long periods, and automation can multiply a mistake in a setting as quickly as it repeats a good decision.

  5. 05Third-party brokers and connections

Orders are executed by your broker. Prices, fills, rejections, trading hours, swaps and platform outages are outside our control. Internet, data-feed or broker problems can delay or prevent orders, stops and exits. Positions stay open at your broker until they are closed.

  6. 06Your responsibility

You choose the broker, market, strategy and loss budget, and you decide when to start and stop a bot. Check your positions and your broker account regularly, keep your credentials secure, and make sure trading is lawful for you where you live. Start on the demo and test carefully before you trade real funds.
