01Information we collect
Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password, and the settings you choose.
Broker connection data: the MetaTrader 5 login, server and password you provide to connect your own broker account, and the account, position and order data we read from that account to run your bots.
Activity data: the bots, configurations, trades, performance figures and messages you create, plus technical logs such as IP address, device and browser information, and timestamps, used for security and to keep the service working.
Payment data: subscriptions are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we receive only a customer reference, plan, status and billing dates, never your full card number.
Communications: messages you send to support and the service emails we send you.
02How we use it
To provide and secure the service: connect your broker account, run and monitor your bots, show your results and send alerts you ask for.
To take payment and manage your subscription, to prevent abuse and fraud (including bot protection on sign-up and login), to provide support and to meet legal obligations.
To improve Jassrox, using analytics cookies only if you accept them. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your trading data to advertise to you.
03Broker credentials
Your broker password is stored encrypted and is used only to connect your own broker account and to carry out the actions you configured. We recommend a dedicated trading password where your broker allows one, and an investor password if you only want read access. You can disconnect an account at any time, which removes the stored credentials from active use.
04Who we share it with
Service providers that process data for us under contract: cloud hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for bot protection and delivery, and AI model providers when you use an AI feature (the text you type into that feature is sent to the provider to produce the result).
Your broker, because the bots you run send orders and read data on your account there. We do not give your data to other users. If you publish a bot or share a performance page, the content you choose to publish is visible to the people you share it with.
Authorities or advisers where the law requires it or to protect our rights. If we are involved in a merger or sale, data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
05Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect the site. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. The Cookie Policy lists each cookie and storage item we use.
06Retention
We keep account and trading records while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and security needs, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your account; some records, such as payment records, are kept where the law requires.
07International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers may process data in other countries. Where we transfer personal data we use safeguards appropriate to the destination and the applicable law.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict some processing, or to withdraw consent you gave. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
09Security
We protect data with encryption in transit, encrypted storage of credentials, access controls and monitoring. No online service is completely secure, so use a strong unique password and keep your API keys private.
10Children
Jassrox is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date at the top; material changes are notified in the app or by email.
