01Who we are and what Jassrox is
Jassrox is software operated by Jassco Facilities Services LLC, a company formed in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). It lets you configure, test and run automated trading bots on a brokerage account that you own and connect yourself.
Jassrox is a software service only. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, payment institution, investment adviser or fund manager. We do not hold, receive, pool or transfer your trading funds, and we do not open a brokerage account for you.
02Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Jassrox you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for checking that using automated trading software, and trading the instruments you choose, is lawful where you live and permitted by your broker.
03Your account and security
You must give accurate registration details and keep your password, API keys and broker credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
Broker credentials you provide are stored encrypted and used only to connect your own broker account and to carry out the bots and actions you have configured. You can disconnect an account and revoke API keys in your workspace at any time.
04Use of the service
You choose the market, the strategy and the loss budget, and you decide whether and when to start or stop a bot. Bots act on your connected broker account on your instructions and within the limits you set.
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or probe the platform, no sharing of your account, no resale of the service without our written agreement, and no use of the service to mislead other people about trading performance.
Features marked demo use virtual funds only. Demo results do not reflect live execution, spreads, slippage or broker behaviour.
05No investment advice, no guarantee
Nothing in Jassrox, its documentation, presets, strategy descriptions, AI suggestions, marketplace listings or messages is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation or a signal. Strategy names and historical results do not establish a profitable edge.

06Fees, subscriptions and payment
Demo access is free. Live trading and additional capacity are provided on a paid subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you pay and again at checkout, in the currency shown there.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
Subscription fees pay for software access only. They do not include trading capital, and they are separate from your broker's deposits, spreads, commissions, swaps and other charges.
Cancellation and refunds are described in the Refund Policy. The Service Agreement sets out what a paid subscription includes.
07Third parties
Jassrox depends on brokers, data and infrastructure providers and payment processors that we do not control. Their outages, delays, price differences, rejections or changes can affect execution and results. We are not responsible for a broker's actions or terms, which are your agreement with that broker.
08Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Jassrox available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, with notice where reasonably possible. Open broker positions remain at your broker; you are responsible for monitoring them.
09Suspension and termination
You may stop using Jassrox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required by law or a payment or broker provider, or to protect the platform or other users. Stopping a bot or disconnecting an account does not close positions already open at your broker.
10Intellectual property
We own Jassrox, its software, design and documentation. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription or demo. You keep ownership of the configurations and content you create.
11Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Jassrox or from events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
13Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
