01Parties and how this agreement fits
This agreement is between Jassco Facilities Services LLC, a company formed in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"), and the person who holds the Jassrox account ("you").
It applies to the free demo and to any paid subscription. The Terms of Use apply to all use of Jassrox. If this agreement and the Terms of Use ever appear to conflict, the Terms of Use apply, except where this agreement gives you a more specific right about a paid subscription.
02The service
Jassrox is trading-automation software. It lets you connect a MetaTrader 5 account that you hold with your own broker, configure bots (including Autopilot, where you choose a market and a loss budget and the engine derives the rest of the plan), set risk limits, run the bots on our servers, and follow positions, results and alerts in a web workspace.
Jassrox is a software service only. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, payment institution, investment adviser or fund manager. We do not hold, receive or transfer your trading funds, and orders are executed by your broker under your agreement with that broker.
Features can differ by plan. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay.
03Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, and permitted to use automated trading software and trade the instruments you choose where you live and under your broker's terms.
One account is for one person or one legal entity. You must give accurate details and keep them up to date, keep your password and second factor secure, and not share your account.
04Plans, prices and billing
The demo is free, uses virtual funds only and needs no card. Live trading and additional capacity require a paid subscription.
The price, currency and billing period of a paid plan are shown before you pay and again on the Stripe checkout page. The amount shown at checkout, including any tax Stripe calculates, is the amount you are charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. You can review your plan, payment method and invoices through the Billing page in your workspace.
Subscription fees pay for access to the software only. They do not include trading capital and are separate from your broker's deposits, spreads, commissions, swaps and other charges.
05Renewal and failed payments
A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan we will tell you before the change applies to a renewal.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it for a short period and paid access normally continues while it does. If payment is not collected, the features that need a paid plan stop being available and the account returns to the free plan's limits. A change of plan never closes positions open at your broker; stop your live bots and manage those positions yourself.
06Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When refunds are given, and how they are paid, is set out in the Refund Policy. Cancelling or stopping a bot does not close positions open at your broker.
07Service levels
We work to keep Jassrox available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee, a service-level credit or a guaranteed response time for order execution.
Execution depends on your broker, its trading servers and price feed, the internet and our infrastructure providers. Any of them can delay, reject or prevent an order, a stop or an exit. We may carry out maintenance, usually outside main market hours where we can, and we may change or withdraw features with notice where reasonably possible.
Support is by email. We aim to reply within two business days.
08Your responsibilities
You choose the broker, the market, the strategy and the loss budget and risk limits, and you decide when to start, pause and stop a bot. You are responsible for checking that a configuration suits your account before you run it on real funds, and we recommend starting on the demo.
You must monitor your bots and your broker account. Risk limits and loss budgets reduce risk but do not remove it: gaps, slippage, spreads and broker conditions can produce a loss larger than the limit you set.
You must keep the MT5 credentials you give us valid and secure. We recommend a dedicated trading password where your broker allows one. Broker credentials are stored encrypted and used only to connect your own account and carry out the actions you configured. Changing your broker password, or your broker closing or restricting the account, will stop your bots from trading.
09Acceptable use
You must not use Jassrox for anything unlawful; try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours; probe, overload or disrupt the platform; get around plan limits or security controls; resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement; or use the service, its results or share links to mislead anyone about trading performance.
10API keys and the Jassrox Agent
You can create API keys to connect your own tools and AI agents to your account through the Jassrox Agent. Each key carries the permissions you give it, and a key with live-trading permission can start, stop and trade on your live account.
Anything done with one of your keys is treated as done by you. Keep keys secret, give each one the least permission it needs, and revoke a key in your workspace as soon as you no longer need it or think it may be exposed.
11Third-party providers
Jassrox relies on providers we do not control: your broker and its MetaTrader 5 servers; market-data and hosting providers; Stripe for payments; Cloudflare for bot protection; email delivery; and AI model providers (currently Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) for the optional AI features, which receive the text you enter into those features.
Their outages, delays, price differences, rejections or changes in terms can affect the service. Your relationship with your broker is governed by your agreement with that broker, and we are not responsible for a broker's actions.
12Suspension and termination
You can stop using Jassrox and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or a specific bot or key, if you breach this agreement or the Terms of Use, if a payment fails and is not resolved, if the law or a payment or broker provider requires it, or where needed to protect the platform, other users or your own account from immediate harm. Where reasonably possible we will tell you first and give you the chance to put things right.
Suspension or termination stops bots from placing new orders. It does not close positions already open at your broker, which you remain responsible for.
13Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Jassrox or from events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
14Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept it you can cancel before it applies; continued use after that means you accept the updated agreement.
15Governing law and contact
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
