01What you pay for
The free demo costs nothing and needs no card. A paid subscription is a recurring software fee that gives access to live trading features and capacity; the price and billing period are shown before you pay and at checkout. It does not include trading capital or your broker's charges.
02Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing page in your workspace, or email us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then returns to the free demo plan.
Cancelling does not close positions open at your broker. Stop your bots and manage your positions before the period ends.
03Refunds
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription payment and have not run a live bot, we refund that payment in full.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a cancellation that was confirmed before the renewal date, we refund the amount charged.
Other payments are not refunded, including the unused part of a billing period, because the software is available to you for the whole period. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
04How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank normally shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
